Our procurement strategy concentrates on delivering sustainable value,  as well as  excellent quality and service, to our customers and consumers.

Most of the 2 billion litres of fresh raw milk which we source each year is bought from our direct-supplying farmers . We also source raw materials, packaging and services from around the world using global sourcing strategies to meet our group requirements.

Our suppliers are a key source of innovation to Dairy Crest and we welcome ideas which bring enhanced value for our consumers and our retail partners,  achieve greater cost efficiencies or support our environmental and sustainability targets.
