Our aim is to attract and retain the best staff, treat everyone fairly and with respect and to help all our people develop their potential.

As well as developing leaders of tomorrow we recognise the importance of continuing to develop our leaders of today. To help us achieve this we ran a series of bespoke three-day 'value leadership courses' for our senior managers.

In our drive to find better and more practical ways of learning, we are putting new and better courses online as part of our e-learning programme. This initiative follows on from our existing online induction programme which is available to everyone in the business. The e-learning portal is widely available and allows people to learn from home.

We are proud to be part of the Eden Programme, an industry scheme developed to achieve world class standards in dairy technology. The programme is administered by Reaseheath College.
